Are you ready to feel the burn again? Come join us for a mini Kangatraining class!

Kangatraining is a mommy and me workout with focus on core and pelvic floor, dance, toning and strengthening! Grab your carrier, a towel, water and let’s Kanga!! This is a safe return to exercise class that is suitable for all fitness levels. Our classes are specially designed and endorsed by sports scientists, midwives, and physics and are safe for Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor, pubis pain, carpal ect)

* This class is suitable for moms with babies 6 weeks or older who have received clearance for exercise.

Instructor: Ponnie Matin

Ponnie is a first time mom, wife and a life time entrepreneur. She moved to Canada at the age of 9 and has called the North Shore home ever since.

Having been exposed to Babywearing through her sister, Ponnie had to try it with the birth of her daughter first hand. The benefits of wearing where so evident that she since has gone on to become a Certified Babywearing Educator and Consultant with the Center for Babywearing Studies.

Ponnie holds numerous fitness certifications including BCRPA Fitness Leader, Kangatrainer, Certified Strength Trainer, Zumba Instructor with 8 specialties, and Strong by Zumba. In 2019 Ponnie became the Country Leader for Canada and the USA for Kangatraining and is their North American Master Trainer.

In her free time, Ponnie likes to give back to the community. She is involved in different charity and outreach programs and is the founder of #warmvancouver.
