About Smallprint and Mahnaz

Mahnaz is the owner and artist behind Smallprint Vancouver North. She specialize in capturing loved one’s hand/foot prints, fingerprints, drawings and handwriting on silver keepsake jewellery. All her work is handcrafted by herself (right here in Vancouver!) and each piece will be hand engraved with the loved ones name and age when the print is taken. Prints can be taken at any age, babies to adults.

What is unique in her range of work is the Original Fingerprints where the actual finger is pressed directly into the silver (she uses a special sterling silver compound so its not hot) thus making your pendant literally touched by your loved ones.

In the High Fives/Little Kickers range she uses an inkless printkit to take the little one’s hand and foot prints, essentially the paper goes black on contact and not their hands and feet.  She then takes those prints and transfers them onto the pendants/pieces that you would want to create.
