You may be asking yourself, “Why is this so hard?? Why are we fighting all of the time? Are things going to get better?” Unfortunately, these are very common experiences for many new parents.
In this talk, Ruth will discuss the most destructive relationship patterns that can emerge as couples enter parenthood or any period of change. She will also share specific techniques that you can implement today to move towards healing and get your relationship back on track.
Ruth is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a private practice in North Vancouver. Her focus is on helping individuals and couples strengthen their relationships, especially as they move into marriage and parenthood. Inspired by her own challenges adjusting to parenthood, as well as her clinical work, Ruth has also recently launched a much-needed online course for expectant parents called: “Baby-proof your Relationship“. Ruth is the proud mother of twin boys.
